We screen every applicant thoroughly and consistently — credit, income, rental history, and background. Our standards are high because our homes deserve residents who'll treat them that way.

The Loyalty Program
On-time rent earns points. Points carry forward forever and convert to gift cards and rent credits. A reliable tenant earns over $1,550 in rewards over 10 years — just for being the kind of tenant they already are.

The Wall of Fame
Residents who return 80% or more of their security deposit earn permanent recognition on our Wall of Fame. Leave the home well and we'll tell the world about it.
